THE APPRAISAL ACKNOWLEDGES ELECNOR DEIMOS COMMITMENT TO QUALITY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organisations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. Capability levels apply to process improvement achievement in individual process areas. The appraisal at Capability Level 3 received by Elecnor Deimos indicates that an organisational standard process exists associated with the considered process areas, which can be tailored to the needs of the work.
An appraisal at Maturity Level 2 indicates that Elecnor Deimos’ projects have ensured that processes are planned and executed in accordance with policy; the projects employ skilled people who have adequate resources to produce controlled outputs; involve relevant stakeholders; are monitored, controlled, and reviewed; and are evaluated for adherence to their process descriptions.
