The purpose of this standard is to ensure the maximum availability, continuity, capacity, efficiency and security of the information systems used by Deimos to provide IT services to our clients. This can be accomplished by carrying out the following activities (among others):
- Planning services through Service Management Plans.
- Establishing and agreeing with the customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while monitoring their compliance in each service offered to customers.
- Attending and solving the incidents, requests and problems of the users of the services, according to the SLAs established and agreed with each client.
- Monitoring the capacity, continuity and availability of each service offered, trying to maximize them.
