O2 organises concerts with top artists all over the UK. For this reason, it provides an application (Android/iOS) so that O2 users can buy tickets, receive notifications for new concerts of its favourite artists, and share these concerts in social networks: Priority Tickets.

Deimos is in charge of the development of new features, the maintenance of these applications, and the backend. This includes adaptations to new OS versions on mobile devices, bug fixes, and modifications for enhancing security, among others.

In the backend side, the maintenance includes renewal of security certificates, as well as bug fixes.Several tasks have been accomplished so far, including: stress testing, installation of additional backend nodes for more capacity, configuration for maximizing capacity, and logs analysis.

In addition, a report is generated every week, in order to provide support to the business layer. This report includes the number of users that accessed the application in the last week, the last month, and the last trimester.
